Our chat (nick named Piloto after our Chief Happiness Officer), is powered by a local and open-source LLM and integrated with custom N8N workflows to ensure that AI agent operates independent of external cloud yet retains knowledge of our company and Sitefinity.

We utilize a locally-hosted N8N workflow architecture that changes how our business knowledge is accessed and utilized. This custom integration enables us to feed our chatbot with proprietary data, contextual understanding, and industry-specific knowledge using a custom RAG approach. By hosting the workflow locally, we've eliminated the common barriers of data sovereignty and privacy concerns while creating a more responsive system that doesn't depend on distant cloud processing.
