Enso DX Launches: Scaling Digital Experiences

October 23, 2022
Enso DX has officially launched, founded by former World Health Organization (WHO) technical leaders Jochem Bökkers and Sabrie Nedzhip. The team, has worked together across multiple organizations for nearly seven years, bringing a wealth of experience in digital transformation and enterprise-scale web operations.

A legacy of expertise

Jochem Bökkers, a seasoned IT leader with a background rooted in Dutch heritage, began his career in 1997. Over the years, he transitioned from IT operations to web-focused project management, gaining international recognition for his open-source Sitefinity boilerplate project. After several global projects and high-profile digital initiatives in the Middle East. In 2019, he joined WHO to lead its Sitefinity migration and later took charge of website operations, scaling WHO’s web presence to over 150 websites before his departure in 2022.

Sabrie Nedzhip’s expertise originates from her tenure at Telerik, the creators of Sitefinity, where she specialized in Sitefinity support. In 2017, she joined the team in Switzerland to enhance Nestlé’s web platform before moving to WHO in 2019. There, she managed global content operations, supporting over 1,200 content authors. Post-migration, she spearheaded WHO’s DevOps initiatives and managed external vendor development and oversaw the development of WHO's Covid mobile application.

A vision for smarter digital transformation

“We are keen to share our experience and expertise through our new company,” says Jochem Bökkers, Co-founder of Enso DX. “Over the past almost 30 years, I’ve seen projects fail and succeed. Today, with the rapid pace of technological evolution and rising user expectations, it’s more important than ever to align digital projects with organizational needs.”

Enso DX is committed to helping organizations design digital experiences that not only meet user expectations but also integrate seamlessly with internal systems. By focusing on architecture, internal adoption, and strategic alignment, the company ensures that digital investments translate into long-term enterprise value.

“We translate strategic outcomes into scalable, innovative, and sustainable platforms,” Bökkers continues. “For us, every project is not just about delivering a product but creating lasting organizational value.”

The meaning behind Enso DX

“In today’s digital landscape, projects often adopt some form of ‘agile’ methodology, represented by the infinity loop,” explains Bökkers. “Yet, too often, these cycles take on a life of their own, losing sight of their original purpose.”

Enso DX is named after the 'Enso', the original infinity symbol, reflecting a return to the core values of agility and continuous improvement. The company aims to guide enterprises through this continuous transformation process, ensuring their digital platforms evolve strategically, rather than reactively.

Scaling for the future

Enso DX specializes in working with medium to large enterprises looking to scale their digital experiences, with expertise in both horizontal and vertical scaling.

“Internally, we always say that we have 30 years of hindsight that we want to turn into foresight,” Bökkers concludes. “With Enso DX, we are ready to help organizations navigate the future of digital transformation with clarity, experience and confidence.”
