Finding consultants who've actually been in your position

Most platform consultants know one perspective: either they've worked for vendors, built implementations, or provided strategic advice. We've navigated all three sides of platform decisions—and that changes everything about how we guide your success.

From operations to implementation to strategy

Jochem Bökkers began his platform journey in 1997, evolving from IT operations to become an internationally recognized Sitefinity architect and one of the first MVPs in the community. His open-source contributions established early technical authority, but the real transformation came in 2019 when he joined WHO as strategic product owner, scaling their digital presence to 150+ websites across 40+ languages while managing complex stakeholder requirements and international governance frameworks.

Sabrie Nedzhip brings insider knowledge unavailable to any other consultancy—she worked directly with Sitefinity's creators at Telerik, understanding the platform from the builder's perspective. After enhancing Nestlé's enterprise web capabilities, she joined WHO in 2019 to manage global content operations supporting 1,200+ authors, spearhead DevOps initiatives, and lead development of WHO's award-winning Covid mobile application.

Together, we've operated platforms from the client side, built enterprise implementations hands-on, and advised large strategy at consultancies like Capgemini and Sogeti.

What tri-perspective experience enables

This unique journey means we understand:

  • Budget realities from approving platform investments and managing operational constraints
  • Implementation challenges from building 200+ enterprise integrations and debugging complex deployments
  • Strategic requirements from advising C-suite decisions and translating business objectives into technical requirements
  • Vendor relationships from both client procurement and official partnership perspectives
  • Modern architecture complexity from implementing headless and composable solutions in enterprise environments

The Enso philosophy: continuous partnership over project completion

Named after the 'Enso'—the original infinity symbol—we guide enterprises through continuous transformation strategically rather than reactively. Unlike consultants who deliver projects and disappear, we become part of your strategic thinking and platform evolution.

"We have 30 years of hindsight turned into foresight," reflects Jochem. "Having felt the pressure of platform budgets, solved complex integration challenges, and presented to skeptical stakeholders, we guide decisions from genuine shared experience."

Partnership with consultants who've shared your experience

When you work with Enso DX, you partner with the only consultancy that's navigated platform success from every angle. We've approved the budgets, managed the implementations, advised the strategy, and optimized the ongoing operations.
